Design Services

At Penn Construction we offer comprehensive Design Services including scaled design plans and 3D drawings for client review. We will provide all the necessary drawings and documentation for city approvals.

We have completed several historic home remodels in San Francisco, making key changes to the existing layout to create a more functional and modern space while keeping the traditional historic elements.

Penn Construction is passionate about Sustainable Design and sources green building products including: paint, counter-tops, wood floors and energy efficient appliances. In addition, we use low flow toilets and plumbing fixtures, energy efficient windows, doors and skylights.
